We are looking for a Lead Food Production Workers

This position will oversee the production prep work that is done for the Alaska Railroad onboard food service.

Must be presentable. Must be able to pass drug test and physical.

Must be experienced in training and delegating to others.

Someone experienced, fast paced, reliable and detail oriented. Someone who can prep food, organize, clean and most importantly...be self motivated to succeed.This is a unique and rewarding opportunity.

Summary

Position's location is in Anchorage, AK

Hours are day and evening Schedule varies.

Responsible for overseeing a crew of 3 to 5
Food Preparation
Some possible Cooking
Cleaning
Assisting the Head Chef
Customer Service

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Formal culinary training is preferred, can substitute with proven culinary experience. MUST have a valid Driver's License. MUST have Banquet/Catering experience

Education and/or Experience At least 3 years experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be able to pass a Drug Screen, Physical and Background Check

State or County Required Food Worker Card
