Summary:  Trains Cooks, Prep Cooks, Kitchen Utility who are providing service onboard the Alaska Railroad for the summer 2017 Season

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

ServSafe Preferred
Will be required to have alcohol training and first aid and CPR


Education and/or Experience

Five years food service experience in a restaurant or banquet setting, with two year supervisory experience preferred.

 

Other Qualifications

Work long hours on moving railcar, travel 70% of the time.
