Description

Our Impressions Catering Kitchen prepares much of the food which is utilized on the Alaska Railroad.    We are the start of the great trip for our customers. 

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to oversee all aspects of food production, sanitation, team building and excellent end product.

There will be opportunities also train with the Alaska Railroad team.

Must be presentable. Must be able to pass drug test and physical.

Must be clean, organized and food safety orientated.

Must be experienced in training and delegating to others.

Summary

Location:  Impressions Catering Kitchen, 201 Post Road, Anchorage Alaska

Start:  As soon as possible.

Hours are day and evening. Schedule varies depending on business. Must be available on weekends and holidays.

Pay Rate is $16/hour

Responsibilities
• Responsible for overseeing a crew of 3 to 10
• Food Prep
• Large batch Cooking
• Daily cleaning
• Assist the Chef
• Customer Service

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Formal culinary training is preferred, can substitute with proven culinary experience. MUST have a valid Driver's License. Must have MOA Food Card plus Alaska Food Workers' Card. 

Education and/or Experience At least 3 years' experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be able to pass a Drug Screen, Physical and Background Check
