SUMMARY
Assist project managers with the administrative requirements of the project. This is a temporary seasonal position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Answer phones, retrieve messages from voice mail and forward to appropriate person.

Receive, sort, and route mail.

Maintain and use office machines, assist users, order, receive, and maintain office supplies.

Data Entry - payroll, accounts receivable.

Create and print reports, and other documents when necessary.

Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, copying, and collating.

Coordinate with Human Resource Department

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One year certificate from college or technical school in Administration or related subject; or 1 in a half to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficient with Microsoft software: Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel. Detail-oriented when working with numbers and data entry. Must be able to learn company-required Accounting/Payroll Software. Ability to troubleshoot, find data errors.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
