We are looking for Housekeepers, Janitors, and General Helpers to join our amazing team. These positions make up to $1300 per week while enjoying one of the best benefits packages in the market. These positions entail a wide variety of duties including, but not limited to general cleaning, guest and laundry services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Clean common areas to include dusting, vacuuming, taking out garbage, sweeping, mopping. Clean and sanitize restrooms.
  • Clean and sanitize individual rooms to include changing linens, making beds, dusting, taking out garbage, vacuuming, and sanitize restrooms including toilet, shower, floors.
  • Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens.
  • Clean lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.
  • Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floor.
  • Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
  • Examine rooms, halls, and lobbies to determine need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment and makes recommendations to management.
  • Wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
  • Wash windows, door panels, and sills.
  • Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays.

In addition to the duties performed, the individual must be able to physical and mentally work away from home, family, and friends for extended remote rotation - 12 hours daily, 7 days a week, 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off. All roles are located at remote camps, ESS offers all paid amenities that you would have at home at no cost to you.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid Drivers’ License and clean driving record may be required.
  • First Aid Certification may be required.
  • CPR Certification may be required.

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
