Head Cook – Up to $2100/week

The roles support operations in remote camps spread out across Alaska on a 4 week on and 2 week off or a 3 week on and 3 week off rotation. Although these roles are remote, ESS offers all the paid amenities that you would have at home at no cost to you.   The ideal candidate has experience in food production, sanitation procedures, inventory, and weekly food ordering processes.  The role entails a wide variety of duties including but not limited to preparing food from recipes and scratch, practice of food safety, and guest services.  May have multiple kitchen associates reporting to the role.
