Description
Looking to hire a talented catering chef to join our team!
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative chef who has experience in catering and can bring new and innovative ideas to our menu. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities will include:
Developing and creating new menu items and recipes
Preparing and cooking food for events, both on and off-site
Managing food inventory and ordering supplies as needed
Ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely manner
Collaborating with other team members to ensure that events run smoothly
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a catering chef
Formal culinary training is preferred
Experience with event planning and execution is a plus
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team environment
State or County Required Food Worker Card, ServSafe Managers, TAPS card, and CPR and First Aid certified
