We are looking to hire a talented Sous Chef to join our team! We are seeking a highly skilled and creative chef who has experience in catering and can bring new and innovative ideas to our menu. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned.

  • Developing and creating new menu items and recipes
  • Preparing and cooking food for events, both on and off-site
  • Managing food inventory and ordering supplies as needed
  • Ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure that events run smoothly
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience as a catering chef
  • Formal culinary training is preferred
  • Experience with event planning and execution is a plus
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • State or County Required Food Worker Card
  • ServSafe Managers
  • TAPS card
  • CPR and First Aid certified
